ANDREJ MARCON

Andrej Marcon leads the organization with many years of hands-on experience and knowledge of the construction industry and its practices. Andrej has overall responsibility for the business development and operations. His vast knowledge and experience allow him to specialize in the Hi-Rise residential market where he successfully established and maintained many happy client relationships.

RODRIGO MENEZES

A graduate of the Business school in Brazil and with over 15 years of experience in renovations, including Labourer, Foreman, Project Manager, Field Operations Manager and General Manager. Rodrigo has developed a passion for this field and strives in making every clients renovation a smooth transition. Rodrigo has modified project management to improve the client’s satisfaction and quality of workmanship with timely completion.

ROMAN KUSHNIR

Roman serves as a project manager for 3 Day Reno.
He is actively involved in the day to day operations to facilitate successful completion of multiple projects on budget and schedule while ensuring that the company services consistently exceed client’s expectations.

DIMITRIOS (JIM) DRAKOPOULOS

Dimitrios (Jim) Drakopoulos has been in Construction most of his life. Educated in Business at Seneca College and Ryerson and holds a carpenter’s licence. Dimitrios has exceptional attention to detail. Dimitrios belies that communication is the key to a great project. He believes that personal success comes with team success and is focussed on providing clients with a great experience.
