ANDREJ MARCON – PRESIDENT
Andrej Marcon leads the organization with many years of hands-on experience and knowledge of construction industry practices.
Andrej has overall responsibility for business development and operations of 3Day Reno. His vast knowledge and experience allowed him to build 3Day Reno, which specializes in custom home renovations and A+ Development and Management Corporation which focuses primarily in the multi-residential renovation. Andrej has established and maintained many happy client relationships.
BORIS SKOCAJIC – GENERAL MANAGER
Boris has an Accounting Degree from York University and has over 15 years of experience in the construction and renovation industry. His attention to detail, budgeting, scheduling and client satisfaction record have proven him to be a strong addition to the 3Day Reno team.

RODRIGO MENEZES – DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
A graduate of the Business School in Brazil, and with over 15 years of renovation experience, including having been an acting labourer, foreman, project manager, field operations manager and general manager. Rodrigo has developed a passion for this field and strives to make every client’s renovation go as smoothly as possible. Rodrigo has modified the 3Day Reno project management process to improve client satisfaction quality of workmanship and all in a timely fashion. “I stand to continually support the 3Day Reno mission and to transform the old to the new with continued efforts to all our clients”.
TED PROTHERO – CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT
With over 15 years’ experience in construction, design, and sales Ted brings unique expertise to the role of Construction Advisor. Ted strives to offer the best advice for small, medium, or large projects, giving the same level of attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism to all of them. He is confident that your project is in good hands with the 3Day Reno team. “We all work together to achieve excellent results and foster strong client relationships with our clients; ultimately ensuring the client is satisfied with the results obtained.
CHARLIE MELILLI – CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT
Charlie brings over 35 years of construction experience, Starting as a framer while still in high school to successfully operating an award-winning handyman company Mr. Rescue. In delivering value and honesty following his father’s footsteps in home building and construction.
After selling the company, Charlie took a sabbatical to enjoy his new granddaughters. Later a much appreciated holiday, we are thrilled that Charlie has joined our team. Charlie has won awards for the highest customer satisfaction retained and the most referred individual in the city of Toronto (HomeStars Best Of 2012, 2013). Charlie is direct with his clients and upfront about expectations, budgeting and timeline and works to ensure that they receive the utmost value and highest customer satisfaction possible.

Roman serves as a project manager for 3 Day Reno. He is actively involved in the day to day operations, facilitating the successful completion of multiple projects. All on budget and schedule, while simultaneously ensuring that the companies services consistently exceed client expectations.

Ula has her Masters in Engineering from the University of Technology in Poland. She has been working as an Office Administrator for A+ Development and Management Corp. since 2014, ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations. Ula has a natural gift for creating order out of chaos and tackles issues head-on before they become a problem. Her exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, allows her to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of 3Day Reno and create a happy and healthy work environment for the 3Day Reno team.
STEPHANIE BALOGH – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Stephanie serves as the administrative assistant for 3Day Reno, aiding in the day to day operations. With 15 years’ experience in hospitality and administration, she has a keen eye for detail and carries a philosophy to provide excellent service. Stephanie is confident in her capabilities to offer the best support for the team and takes pride in representing 3Day Reno.
